Appearance-
Shin is a pale young man at an somewhat average height of 6'1". He is rather average in the weight department, being neither skinny or fat. A view muscles can be seen on him in a nice, healthy way, not disgusting bodybuilder way. His hair drapes just below his neck and it is a strawberry blond in color. His eyes are a grayish blue.
He has numerous tattoos; chest, neck, shoulders and forearms. The large, black one on his chest and neck can normally be seen. He also has three piercings on his left ear and two on his right. Hands and wrists are wrapped in white bandages, where blue and red flame tattoos can be seen. Black polish is covering his fingernails.
When it comes to clothing, he normally wears a plain or a graphic t-shirt under his red jacket and some jeans that seem jaded and worn, and a pair of black sneakers. Not extremely picky about what he has on.
He has love for candy and can be seen with it all the time, especially lollipops~
Personality-
Sociopath«« He likes to humiliate and dominate others. He doesn't see others as worthy beings and isn't capable of loving another. He will often put up a front to get close to a person and learn their secrets only to use it against when the time is right.
Reckless«« He doesn't think of the consequences of his actions doing them just to be doing them. This can often make him end up hurt in the process, which he doesn't really care about.
Cynical«« He thinks that one does things to help themselves and not others. Which he does most of the time himself. Which also makes him a hypocrite...
Absent-minded«« Often he can zone out when nothing of interest is around or spoken. This can sometimes get him into situations that he rather not be in. Like running into a wall, light pole, in front of cars, into the wrong person... List goes on.
Hotheaded«« He can get angered easily. Just saying the wrong thing can get him railed up and he snaps.

History- He lived with his mother for most of his life. Father was nowhere to be seen, so Shin never asked about him and his mother never said a word about him either. So with out a father figure, he became an unruly child at a young age. Stay out late, hanging out with the wrong crowds and other little things like thief.
Many times doing his young years, he was caught, but not suffering for jail time, he learned from his mistakes. He prefected his skills, leaving no trace in his crimes as they got bigger, he stopped at an attempt of murder since something went wrong on the way.... Getting bored of the place he called home, Shin decided to go somewhere else and that's when he came across the flyer about a boat ride to a new region. It was interesting enough and decided to go. Then the ship crashed and he ended up here. How wonderful.

As the young man filled out an application everything seemed to be booming in the building. It took a lot to make the place seem like a business building so Jenny's and other cops wouldn't come sniffing around. It was rather a good plan just one that got annoying every once in a while. As the boy turned in the small piece of paper the receptionist put a rather odd stamp on it. Then she handed back the paper. "Go down the hall and to the left. There will be an elevator there. When it asks which floor say other. There will be a scanner that will appear. When it appears put the stamp under the light." the woman said with a low voice.
After she said what she needed to say she turned away and helped another guest that seemed to be a normal person only here for the "business". It seemed the boy was on his way to becoming a member of Team Oblivion. Not much would be left to do but follow the woman's orders.

Following the woman's instructions, he turned the corner to the left and came to the elevator door. The blond pushed the button, calling the elevator to his level. As he waited, Shin fished into his jean pocket and took out a sphere shape sucker. Humming to himself, he unwrapped it showing it's light blue color. He popped it into his mouth letting the sour blueberry flavor assaulted his taste buds.
The young man rolled the candy in his mouth with his tongue over and over again until the elevator gave a small ding and opened up revealing no one inside. He entered the small room as it promptly closed behind him. Blue eyes scanned the many buttons that decorated the side of the elevator finding the on marked 'other'. He press the button, as it lit up white and as the lady said a scanner appeared.
Shin took his application and place the part where she had stamped it under the inferred light until it made a sound or something so he would know what to do next.

As Shin placed the stamp under the radar it seemed nothing happened. Instantly, however the scanner pulled itself back into the hiding place it had been at. The elevator slowly rumbled as instead of going up went down. It seemed Oblivion was an underground organization. As it finally stopped the normal doors did not open instead, the rather normal back of the elevator wasn't so normal after all. The elevators back slid open like it was a sliding door. The first thing Shin would see would be a huge conference-like room. People of both genders moved about. They were all dressed rather normally and didn't seem like they were a part of any organization at all.
As the boy made his way out of the elevator a younger boy maybe 12 would spot him. He ran over quickly. "Your new right? You might wanna come with me it gets a little crowded in here. " he said. He led Shin through the crowds and finally to a small corridor. It seemed the boy was leading him to his own personal bedroom. He swiped a card key and the door opened. "This will be your new room. Here is a card key and your I.D. Keep them on you at all times. When you are settled in please come to the main office for everything else your are going to need." the boy said handing him the two items. It seemed Shin was now an official member of team Oblivion.
