Illusions: Through mere concentration or even tapping into one's mind, he can create illusions. They may either be the usual illusions and can actually become physical. Though, the physical illusions aren't quite used as much. For one, it takes a lot of energy to do so. Another reason is the fact that any damage given to said illusion can hurt him aswell. So yes he tends to avoid it at all cost.
Appearance-
"To start with, I suppose I can start with my most distinguishing feature since well, you'll most likely notice it as soon as you see me. My right eye is a bright red and is basically the only difference in my appearance since the experiments. It glows when I'm using my illusions. My left eye is normal thankfully. The same cool blue it was before."
"My hair is dark with its different shades of blue. It's length reaches down to the back of my neck and it doesn't have a style actually. I just wake up and leave it as it is."
"I stand at 5"9' and weigh about 163lbs. Though I don't seem to appear like it, I've got muscle. And if you want me to prove it..." Pulls shirt up to show six pack. "There you go."
Personality-
To most, they notice the outer side of him. Sadistic, rude, heartless, ect. And this obviously doesn't help him make friends. Not that he really wants any. He seems to enjoy being the guy everyone hates and often starts fights to do so. When it comes to people he finds them just toys or tools he can use to get what he wants. And he isn't ashamed to do so either. But just as he seems like he couldn't possibly have a good side, he ends up running into someone he can't possibly just overlook. Though he claims to have lost this more friendlier side of him during experimentation, it seems to pop up often and most the time when he really doesn't want it to. He finds it as a weakness while those who are close find themselves grateful. Perhaps if you want a better view, you will have to just run into him one day.

History-
Not much is known about the boy's past. Though he originally came from somewhere near Italy. His family and past are rather a dark secret he doesn't tell anyone. For the reason for his rather dark personality that is from his life so far. His family treated him rather harshly and he grew up as a thug, having to steal to survive. From the beginning he was treated like he was nothing. The boy as he is now is probably the worst person anyone could ever meet. It was thanks to him that the Absol was changed.
He was there during the experiments. The only person that could actually control the pokemon was him. He faked his own death as well as the Absol. It would be years later that they would re-appear. Taking stars from the sky and taking over all of Torento. Causing the guardian of the region to ultimately disappear. It seemed things were going downhill for the world but things were going just right for the boy.
It was soon after he formed Oblivion. With him and his absol at the command, no one could stop them. No one, could even try.
